When ready, download your Elucis project file directly from the portal. Open it in Elucis and start planning.
De-identified before anyone sees it
Your DICOM files are stripped of patient identifiers the moment they arrive — automatically, before our segmentation team ever touches them. Two delivery modes let you choose how much patient context comes back with your finished model.
Standard delivery
Default for all cases
Your upload is routed through an automated de-identification pipeline before segmentation begins. The finished model is delivered with no patient identifiers — only your internal case reference.
Upload — DICOM study uploaded directly to encrypted cloud storage
Strip — 35+ patient identifiers removed automatically — name, MRN, date of birth, institution, and more
Segment — De-identified study is queued and prepared by our team
Deliver — Finished Elucis file contains only your case ID — no PHI
PHI-linked delivery
Available by institutional agreement
For institutions that need patient identifiers in the finished model — for surgical navigation or EHR integration — we re-link the original patient data automatically after segmentation.

Strip — Same de-identification pipeline runs — our team sees no PHI
Segment — De-identified study prepared as normal
Re-link — Patient identifiers are automatically re-attached to the finished model before delivery
